Landlords Must Tell New Tenants of Bedbugs

A  new law was recently signed by  Gov. Patterson requiring landlords  notify new tenants  of bedbugs. The new law is called Bedbug Disclosure Act. According to the New York Law Journal, September 2, 2010, the the City of New York received nearly 11,000 complaints of bedbugs in  2009.
